In this role, the selected candidate will perform technical planning, high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution (to include use cases, test procedures and test data), software systems integration, and technical support for software systems and subsystems. Total software system product may include: concept design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical support for process design functions by preparing standards, equipment specifications and verification of compliance with codes, standards, sound design principles, etc.
This position requires handling a full range of remote and onsite work associated with tier I maintenance for enterprise workstations. Our can do associates are asked to handle issues such as desktop/laptop setups, networked printer configurations, line-of-business software problems, and more.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide IT systems design, analysis, Cybersecurity tool analysis, system and network administration, and systems engineering support for the development of capabilities and sustainment of mission critical systems.
