The systems engineer provides escalation support to clients either remotely or onsite. The systems engineers primary responsibility is to respond to service and project tickets promptly and professionally and should be able to handle virtually any technical issue for clients under 100 users.
This position requires handling a full range of remote and onsite work associated with tier I maintenance for enterprise workstations. Our can do associates are asked to handle issues such as desktop/laptop setups, networked printer configurations, line-of-business software problems, and more.
