In this role, you will be responsible for designs, develops and/or delivers training toaddress identified needs or gaps in performance or knowledge. Trainings will support patients, physicians,and health care providers by providing recurrent, tactical, customer serviceand client specific programs which could be delivered through a variety ofmediums to support the business need (classroom, webcasts, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will assist the oncology physicians in the medical management of outpatients in the Hematology/Oncology clinic; mixes chemotherapy as ordered by the physicians; administers chemotherapy as ordered by the physicians.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist patients/caregivers in understanding and implementing treatment protocols prescribed by the target physician; reinforce treatment expectations established by the physician and review potential product benefits and side effects.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of medical and nursing care; and assume responsibility for primary and urgent medical management, emergency stabilization of all critically ill patients, teaching of residents and medical students, staff development and education, patient education and discharge planning.
