The coordinator will work directly with trade allies as well as ICF program staff, subject matter experts, external partners, and other stakeholders to support trade allies and meet program goals and objectives.
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees by offering financial protection benefits at the worksite.
Coordinate and complete all activities needed for sales, including visiting prospects" homes, conducting initial assessments or sales presentations, and ensuring all required forms are completed prior to move-in.
In this role, the successful candidate will develop and assess new and existing sales strategies and opportunities for the company's existing and new HID/Forensic products with sales management and marketing, specifically focusing on the optimized workflows and total solutions.
