In this role, you will be responsible for
develop and implement, in conjunction with the director of sales, the local commercial strategy for the strategic accounts and their key supply chain members, in order to profitably grow the sales of products, solutions and services.
As a Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a defined number of our key strategic accounts and a set of development accounts. The key focus is driving new business opportunities, ensuring effective retention and fulfillment of existing business. Growth is our key focus.
In this role, the selected candidate prospects for new clients within specified Strategic Account Partnerships, utilizing telephone, direct mail, seminars, or other marketing programs as directed by Business Development Management.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership, direction and counsel working in collaboration with the business unit to complete and maintain a comprehensive two to five year business strategy for each assigned IDN/CSA across ENG product lines.
This position is responsible for establishing and growing strategic relationships with our customers to insure client satisfaction, that customer needs are being met, and assisting the client in improving and expanding the use of and value received from Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions products and services.
