The Business Execution Team is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and executing system and process work that drives continuous improvement, excellence and governance while deliver a best-in-class platform and aligning with the larger Retail strategic business objectives.
The selected candidate must possess an understanding of the overall relationship between the employee-user, the business and IT and could include additional knowledge, but not exclusive to the following such as User/employee experience, system integration initiatives, testing, lead system selection processes, user development and training, data conversion support and local system rollouts.
In this role, the selected candidate will be interacting with other functional areas such as financial actuarial, IT/systems, policy administration, legal, compliance, valuation and internal and external.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
In this role, the selected candidate will develop business models, process models, and key performance indicators that align to key business and technology drivers such as business mission, challenges, opportunities, goals, and objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate identifies, evaluates, recommends and deploys web-based solutions and software or process enhancements that support acquisition, retention and customer service/satisfaction goals.
