Develop clients business opportunities to increase revenue and profits through penetrating all levels of refineries in assigned territories. Maintain current accounts and cultivate new opportunities for the sale of clients' products and services and seek out other opportunities to promote the product line and other client services.
Demonstrate a mastery of products clinical efficacy, articulate a strong value proposition for the customer, and provide patient and reimbursement support, while meeting or exceeding their sales goals;
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (In order of priority: Quote submissions, WP, QTB, retention); ultimate responsibility for existing agent base in region. Develop proactive agent management strategy for region.
Work closely with regional extended sales team, service team, product specialists, and business units in order to promote a high level of customer service; provide local support for planned customer events throughout the year.
As a sales rep, you will research, identify, initiate and develop relationships with potential new independent recruiters as well as small to medium sized recruiting/staffing firms. You will manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm marketing lists to uncover qualified opportunities.
Ability to properly size, quote, install and maintain small less complex, and moderately complex projects; that may range from industrial process cooling, construction and water damage drying, multi-level power distribution at various voltages and large scale climate control projects.
This outside sales position, which represents Bahco Band Saw products, will work with industrial distributors, manufacturing reps and agencies and/or direct sales to identify and evaluate production end users and stimulate additional product demand with current accounts and develop new customer accounts.
