As a Search Consultant, you will learn a proprietary, unique system, and seek out and build relationships with clients and candidates while working closely with both throughout the entire hiring process.
The Recruiter identifies business needs from a resourcing perspective through working closely with clients, finding and attracting the right candidates, developing relationships with the clients, and then offering and delivering an opportunity which satisfies the needs of all parties.
In this role, the selected candidate will play a key role by supporting a small team by helping to screen resumes, keep candidates and hiring managers informed about progress, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, finding creative sources to connect with talent, and helping to keep all us all organized and on track.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions by creating and driving a collaborative sourcing strategy for non-exempt positions including, but not limited to: Drivers, Technicians, Mechanics, Operators, etc.
