In this role, you will play a key role in conducting environmental compliance and air quality projects. You will have the opportunity to compile, analyze, and interpret results of technical analyses and complex air permitting strategies.
To work with staff and leaders throughout the organization to serve as a facilitator of quality assessment activities to one or more clinical in this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to identify opportunities and solve problems relating to quality/performance improvement and to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare, implement, and initiate review of laboratory policy and procedures, performing literature searches as needed to ensure regulatory agency requirements are addressed and met.

The Quality Integration Specialist (QIS) is responsible for developing and monitoring quality, Integrated programs with physician practices, their staff and related health care entities regarding the services and education offered by the Houston Methodist¿s Physicians Alliance for Quality (HMPAQ).
This position provides immediate support to the Assistant Manager in monitoring plasma center processes to ensure overall compliance with CSL Operating Procedures, as well as all applicable local, state, federal requirements. In this role, an employee would not routinely be involved in manufacturing activities and must be independent from production with no additional operational responsibilities.
