Perform audits of manufacturers using internationally accepted audit criteria with the goal of determining the manufacturers capability to supply products that meet, or exceed specification requirements.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of air quality compliance for Noble Energy, coordinates with Business Unit Managers to identify needs and ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local air quality regulations.
The QA Manager will be hands on working manager who with minimal supervision will establish systems and processes to ensure products are manufactured and tested in compliance with internal and external standards and meets customer expectations.
Drive the organization toward data based decision making, developing and implementing appropriate data collection methods to provide relevant and actionable data for suppliers and operational departments, both in house and at field job sites.
Maintains system for monitoring regulatory requirements and trends, including QA related issues within the industry; responsible for maintaining ISO quality system certification and management of all outside audits.
Manage the process validation activities by reviewing and approving validation master plan, risk assessment, process performance qualification protocols, process performance qualification reports, re validation protocols, and reports.
The Quality Manager will establish, maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) and own the ISO certification process. Responsible for the overall management and control of the quality system and provides leadership to the management team on issues relating to quality.
