A Marketing Specialist is a strategic position on the marketing team and brings with it a level of insight and strategy to project pursuits, working with multiple principals and practice area leaders, and other members of the marketing team, in developing approach to specific clients and opportunities.
The position serves as a marketing coordinator to the service line marketing team to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies, as well as measure the results of these plans. Coordinates and manages relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including clients, physicians, and external vendors.
Works across business entities, service lines and departments to create a consistent look and message for Methodist-related marketing activities. Assures integrity of the Methodist brand in terms of the readiness of the programs being offered, the consumer information being used to guide the marketing planning process, the use of the Methodist logo, and other relevant branding issues.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (In order of priority: Quote submissions, WP, QTB, retention); ultimate responsibility for existing agent base in region. Develop proactive agent management strategy for region.
