In this position, you will manage the day-to-day activities of or Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive sales growth, including: managing sales interactions, sales processes, outbound calling, sales deepening and Preferred Reward and Small Business results .
In this role, you will be act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness.
In this role, the selected candidate prospects for new clients within specified Strategic Account Partnerships, utilizing telephone, direct mail, seminars, or other marketing programs as directed by Business Development Management.
In this role you will be responsible to develop strategic sales plan using business analysis tools to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain high knowledge of industry level trends/developments while identifying opportunities to adjust the products pricing, enhance operational efficiency and quality of the service.
