In this role, you will be responsible to provide technical support or expertise within your discipline in the design and installation stages of projects for new assets and modification of existing assets to minimize life cycle cost and maximize asset availability.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating materials to be used for the different drilling processes and support in terms of the technical details of the materials to be used in the system.
The Process Engineer works closely with divisional, customer, and supplier staff specialists to ensure the successful development and implementation of engineering changes, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and projects which affect die tooling and assembly processes.
In this role, you will design of building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system components. Writing of project reports and specifications. Coordinating work with clients and contractors as well as in-house staff. Documentation of systems design in Revit MEP. Engineering analysis work, including load calculations and equipment sizing. Engineering analysis and energy modeling including whole building energy analysis, façade thermal analysis, and airflow modeling.
As a Process Engineer you will be accountable for providing daily support for the monitoring of production in the processing areas. The successful candidate is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of the production units thereby improving operating costs and yields.
The Process Engineer will develop extensive manufacturing expertise and will be a primary resource in process operation, troubleshooting and in providing engineering support to Operators and Production Supervisors.
