Develops and provides for ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures, hazardous materials communications plan, indoor air quality programs, preventive maintenance programs, budget operating costs estimates and comparisons.

This position focuses on the development and evaluation of new business opportunities, the evaluation of M&A opportunities, the business development for crude and product terminals, and competitor analysis.
To manage the terminal operation within a specific geographic region, having direct management responsibility for all terminal operations, employees, and fleet management of tractor trailers and indirect responsibility for drivers.
Implementing results, including development of short-list and recommendation of supplier(s) selection, negotiation, agreement of contractual terms and conditions, piloting and transition plans strategic implementation.
