This position is responsible for client group employee relations, performance management, change management, policy and procedure interpretation, legal compliance, total compensation, training and development, and communication initiatives.
The HR Service Center Manager is part of the shared services team and is responsible for managing and, at times, performing a variety of administrative and technical human resources activities in support of employees and managers and the Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
Provide professional level service and results as it pertains to HR core functional knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and training and development.
In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and facilitate the use of the system by ensuring users are trained and information can be retrieved and manipulated efficiently.
Work to align the business and people strategies to drive business growth and performance; formulating and implementing HR initiatives for client group; developing and assisting in staffing reviews, succession plans, and individual development plans.
