In this role, the selected candidate will perform client visits to introduce new products, services, and technologies to clients; maintain knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveys local, state, and federal laws to clients to maintain compliance.
Resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr; assist with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings .
In this role, the selected candidate will
be reviewing talent opportunities and performance gaps; participating in talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for assigned business groups.
Creates specifications for changes to system and works with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly.
Plays key role in and conducts testing for acquisitions, data conversions, implementations and system updates.
