The primary function is to secure timely procurement and delivery of requested materials in support of growing operations and production necessary to achieve the common goals of Management, Board of Directors and Shareholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the Leadership and supervision of the manufacturing activities of a plant facility. Duties include but not limited to managing day to day direct reports, coordinating manufacturing processes, inventory, shop operations, and scheduling to meet customer needs. Ensure the continuous and efficient production of goods with quality and safety as set forth by company objectives and standards.
In this role, you will keep current market share as well as aggressively grow new prospects within the market, especially from nearby competition; plan with hands-on execution out on the floor in a fast-paced environment.
The General Manager, Sales is charged with managing a sales team within a specific geography in full alignment with the companys strategy with respect to product mix, facility utilization, inventory management and profitability objectives.
