Works with the Sales and Commercial Team(s) to prepare and initiate action plans by individuals as well as by team for the effective expansion of customer base and the development of customer relationships within the Specialty Additives markets.

Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Jetstream product line into all appropriate channels of distribution with primary emphasis on direct distribution through Jetstream Regional and District Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives.
