The System Analyst I will apply system knowledge of computer principals to determine malfunctions for a variety of electronic and computer system equipment and software and the skill to return the equipment to the required operating condition. This analyst receives technical guidance from the more senior Computer System Analyst II, as required.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop business requirements as a result of client engagements and business issues. Provide software usage expertise for bray business process supporting applications.
Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
In this role, the selected candidate directly assists operators in performing their duties (troubleshooting user-report terminal or printer malfunctions, operations exceptions, recovering from system problems, etc.)
Data and Analytics professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more sources, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.
Creates specifications for changes to system and works with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly.
Plays key role in and conducts testing for acquisitions, data conversions, implementations and system updates.
This role is more functional than technical - and will be dealing a lot with reporting and client facing work. You will be working extensively with upper management, and with other Dynamics CRM professionals in the company.
