Effectively lead new business development programs and cross-functional teams using the CTC process, interfacing globally with sales, technology, manufacturing, regulatory and supply chain to ensure a rapid and timely development and implementation of NBD programs.
As Panduit's Strategic Account Manager, based out of a home office in the Houston area or another area close to EPC companies and markets, your mission will be to develop opportunities and build strategic alliances with Engineering, Procurement & Construction companies to deliver Panduit's compelling value proposition with these large accounts in North America.
This position is responsible for client group employee relations, performance management, change management, policy and procedure interpretation, legal compliance, total compensation, training and development, and communication initiatives.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Works with Sales Representatives a minimum of three (3) days per week making customer calls and implementing territory improvement plans. Conducts field training and instructs Sales Representatives in applications of selling aids.
Generates revenue growth by using a consultative selling approach in the growth of Waste Management Security Services national and market area accounts. Continually seeks new business to achieve budgeted and projected sales goals by developing and implementing sound business strategies and securing contract agreements from new customers and previously non-contracted customers.
