The RCM Sales Executive is responsible for selling Revenue Cycle management solutions and Debt Recovery Services to an assigned geographical region to Hospital, Medical Clinic, and Large Medical Practice prospects and clients.
Manage a service desk providing technical support for end users in an enterprise environment. Monitor the service desk staff to ensure the team is meeting and exceeding contract and performance expectations, defined metrics/benchmarks.
Ensure the successful Integration of new products to the existing service base, partner with the field service delivery teams to ensure service readiness, modify customer contract as required to support new solutions.
The Service Manager has responsibility and authority for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. Responsibilities include but not limited to sales activities, staff management, quality of work, customer satisfaction, revenue, profit margin, and other documented goals as assigned by the Owner. All office and shop personnel report directly to the Service Manager.
Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with company; Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base in order to advance the business opportunity for new solutions as identified by the region.
