Must attend/complete course for CompTIA NET+ certification within one year of hire.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing sales call follow-up and proactive account management of the resulting technical relationship with prospects and customers to close deal. This includes keeping account information up to date in Arbor CRM and tracking system, attendance at all sales, sales engineering, and product management meetings.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain accurate service visit records and checklists to reflect equipment support and repair activities. Documentation may include labor and travel reporting, parts consumption, problem summary text and checklist completion.
As a Virtualization Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with a customers business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training & enablement.
