In this role, you will be responsible for
receiving and tracking the trouble tickets, assigns them to a technical specialist (could be themselves or someone else) for action and ensures that their tickets are resolved, and closed out with the customer and in the system.
The Senior Technical Support Specialist receives, prioritizes, documents, and actively resolves end user technical requests via the phone using diagnostic skills, knowledge management and help request tracking tools.

This position will work directly with Dynexs diverse customer base in supporting their unique line of automated ELISA testing systems. In addition, you will assist with customer demonstrations & installations and provide on-site customer training for Dynexs advanced line of ELISA testing systems.
In this role, you will use serviceNow IT ticket system for receiving and tracking the trouble tickets, assigns them to a technical specialist for action and ensures that their tickets are resolved, and closed out with the customer and in the system.
In this role, the selected candidate will follow standard procedures to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software; prepare reparable parts for shipment and return to depot; complete all RMA and reporting requirements.
