In this role, the selected candidate will provide full life cycle technical recruiting, including but not limited to interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers.
In this role, the selected candidate will source and screen candidates to fill a wide range of openings with our clients, searching for (using various Internet sources and referral techniques) qualified candidates.
In this role, you will interview, screen and evaluate external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the hiring manager for consideration.
In this role, you will drive and manage full life cycle recruitment process; including but not limited to, creating job postings, sourcing, screening, reference checking, and managing back-office applicant tracking.
This position will be responsible for the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled technical, cleared candidates. He / She will act as prime consultant on large projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives.
In this role, you will support sales of the Constellation Analytics Platform primarily within the financial services sector. Work with the sales executive to understand key client objectives and requirements.
