The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as an internal subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing a consultative partnership with hiring teams in order to recruit and hire top talent into the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting. The selected candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business.
Provide full life cycle technical recruiting, including but not limited to interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers.
