The ideal candidate will possess full-lifecycle HR Generalist experience and be able to function autonomously as an "HR department of one" while collaborating with the other business functions in the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team environment with all levels of staff and ability to maintain excellent work relationships with staff, candidates, and subcontractors.
In this role, you will provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
This is a project oriented role in which you ll useyour prior recruiting experiences to work on talent acquisition relatedinitiatives. You will not carry a req load in this position. Instead, you ll makean impact by developing and carrying out TA related strategies and solutionsthat support the priorities of our global talent acquisition team as well as prioritiesof internal customers such as business units, brands or geographic regions.
The selected candidate will develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions; market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers.
