Responsible for the design, implementation and support of VOCC Monitoring Tools (COTS products - ESQ, KeyNote, SCOM, Netcool etc) in IT infrastructure based on business requirements and adhering to tight operations, security, and procedural models.
The facility support effort includes inventory management of the software development facilities resources; maintaining the equipment which resides in the facility, ensuring that the equipment is available and operational, testing the interoperability of the equipment, assisting with the procurement, tracking, and maintenance of software licenses; and providing administrative support as required in support of these efforts.
In this role, you will assist the Government to Generate and maintain security documentation for system hardware and software, to include System Security Plans, equipment lists, practices and procedures.

Coordinate, implement and document software configuration management (CM) and version control of mortgage and automotive mainframe and distributed (MS Windows and Linux client/server environments) solutions.
Perform system development and design work that may include logic design, I/O design, firmware development, model formulation, manufacturing and development cost projections, computer architecture analysis and design, and analog or digital systems engineering.
