The Senior Process Engineer (SPE) works horizontally across a project's leadership team to communicate the details of and to integrate the project's Quality Management (QM) plan into all work and all teams. He/she will describe how the QM plan affects each specific project function and will ensure buy-in across the project.
In this role, the selected candidate will be designing, improving, and troubleshooting the chemical processes and chemical process equipment for the production of silica-based packing for high performance liquid chromatography columns.
In this role, the selected candidate must have demonstrated analysis capabilities required; possess ability to identify both action and outcome metrics to demonstrate the impact made by implemented changes, and then capture and analyze electronic and/or manual data necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for establishing best practices to ensure product quality, integrity and value by independently monitoring and identify risks on all NISC IT development work through all aspects of the SDLC.
