The Senior Cost & Pricing Analyst leads and coordinates commercial tender preparation across the company in collaboration with the Resource Mobilization team, Program Management team, country teams, and the Finance team.
Develop cost models, risk analysis, cost methodologies and statistical techniques to evaluate contract and program status, support development of cost benefit analysis, analysis of alternatives, business cases analysis, and perform other economic analyses while ensuring compliance with DoD 5000.02, Army and DoD requirements.
The individual will be responsible for delivering insights into historical credit and prepayment performance for single family mortgages in the context of company credit risk transfer (CRT) product offerings.
A successful candidate will perform analytical studies and evaluates such functional areas as resources (to include funding and personnel) required to accomplish assigned programs, alternative acquisition strategies to accommodate funding shortfalls, and effectiveness of managing assigned resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuration baseline management, CMDB Ownership, and defining and ensuring that CI controls and processes are followed for application code releases into non-production and production environments.
Understanding of probability, statistical inference, and numerical analysis. Experience with structured finance, credit risk valuation and pricing, credit risk models, and credit risk transfer vehicles (preferred).
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to Army financial operations. Determine the procedure for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems.
Monitors project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of project schedules. Identifies ways to resolve schedule issues. Keeps management aware of the situation. Manages any effects on related projects.
