The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of the sales reporting platform; the position also includes responsibility around design, implementation, training, and overall administration of all sales reporting deliverable.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure accountable and appropriate input from all sources (Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Distribution) into each step of the S&OP cycle.
In this role, the selected candidate assists multiple functional areas which may include new business pipeline, management reviews, proposals, pricing, budgeting, financial tracking, and sub-contracting.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the daily tasks & projects associated with the operations team & Salesforce; build training modules leveraging our current training tools, as it relates to various aspects of Salesforce.com and other systems the sales team utilizes.
The Business Development and Customer Success Operations Manager will support functions essential to the Sales teams productivity to build strategy, analytics, process and tools that accelerate our performance. This person will provide the sales team with operational insight as it relates to the sales process.
The candidate will ensure the bu/ou management is kept informed in a timely manner for decision making and that teams are adequately prepared to progress from bap phase to bap phase, further refining and developing the maturity of approach and offering.
