The position requires communication directly with various levels of management, including senior management. In order to perform effectively in this function, the candidate must have an analytical approach to problem solving to assist in resolving issues quickly and accurately.
This role may work in ALM operations and reporting areas and will participate in the research, design and implementation of new financial products or in the development of trading or hedging strategies.
Developing and maintaining contact with clients, serving as an internal and external trusted advisory on new trends and best practices, providing industry point-of-view and recommendations on how clients can transition to future state solutions.
Maintain responsibility for assessing program and identify threats, opportunities, risks, watch items, constraints, and issues focusing on cost and schedule. Work with program personnel to ensure that the risk strategy is understood and processes are followed so that risks are captured, analyzed, and managed accurately and with appropriate rigor.
The individual will implement and participate in the planning and execution of projects leading to technical products and results. The individual will also contribute to project, department, and program objectives and planning document development.
The Risk Management & Compliance Manager is responsible for oversight of the global IS Compliance Program in accordance with the ITIL and COBIT frameworks, Change Management associated with all Control Documentation, tracking of Deficiency Remediation Plans and coordination of internal and external testing of IS control processes.
