In this role, you will work with onboarding team to ensure New Hire processing is completed including; onboarding/offboarding, drug testing, fingerprinting, processing of sign on bonus, standard ID creation, correspondence, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques and strategies to build candidate pipelines (i.e. online searches, job boards, networking, etc.)
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
