In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal and external sources to identify, meet, and follow up with prospective employers in order to educate them about Dickinson Law and to identify potential job openings for Law School students and graduates.

The Recruiting Coordinator is essential to providing a world class experience for all those involved in our recruiting process. Plans and executes interview days; including creating schedules, procuring space, confirming candidate travel, conducting interviewer sign-up, creating candidate packet, greeting candidates and arranging catering.
In this role, you will support HR Team in various tasks including: role requisitions, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening/interviewing candidates, and ensuring appropriate documentation and record retention for applicants.
In this role, you will be ensuring compliance with all established processes and procedures such as booking travel arrangements, candidate/applicant tracking, initiating background checks, processing expense reimbursements, managing new executive hire on-boarding and paperwork processing.
