In this role, the selected candidate will be negotiating with associate/partner candidates and corporate clients; working with and developing core relationship/valuable business partnership with hiring managers.
Serve as the group administrator for ats. Maintain and document procedures for the ats and other hr applications. This includes troubleshooting, enhancements, streamlining, and implementation of new features.
Collaborate with peers and internal customers to build strategy around hiring targets; Source, screen, and qualify candidates to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical candidates with security clearances.
Deliver services from our office to various clients nationwide; manage to recruiting metrics to continuously improve recruitment initiatives; ensure a smooth and efficient talent assessment process for clients and candidates.
This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology.
Build strong applicant sources by researching, contacting and building strong, lasting relationships with community services, nursing schools/programs/colleges, local employment agencies, etc. Attend local job fairs / hiring events.
Anticipates and identifies customer needs, takes action to meet customer needs, develops effective working relationships with customers, continually searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will perform full life cycle recruiting, work closely with hiring managers assessing their recruiting and business needs and successfully hire entry level hires into the different university programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent including active sourcing for passive candidates using internet ads, social media networks such as Linked-In, Twitter and Facebook.
