The Clinical Nurse II provides direct care to patients who may range in age from infancy to the elderly and demonstrates competency within the domains of clinical judgment and decision-making, nurse-patient/family relationship, clinical leadership, and clinical scholarship.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care according to specified physician orders and in conformance with established nursing techniques, procedures, standards and Medical Center administrative nursing policies.
The ICU Nurse/RN will deliver quality patient care by contributing to the nursing care-plan from admission to discharge. The ICU Nurse/RN will also prepare assessment of patients progress and keep family informed.
In this role, the selected candidate utilizes critical care nursing skills and competencies to manage and deliver individualized, goal-directed patient care through established nursing processes and principles in accordance with the departmental, nursing and hospital standard of care.
