In this role, the manager is responsible for company quality systems and certifications to ISO and AS9100 standards. Will direct activites of quality technicians and engineers, and work with management and production departments to manage the control of quality systems in the organization.
Assists the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Director with all aspects of the CSI functional area, acting as back-up during CSI Director Unavailability. Attends program level meetings such as client meetings, cost reviews, and so on.
Manage, plan and direct the Quality Control Program for the laboratory to provide the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations.
Provides oversight and execution of testing activities, including system, regression, performance, and security testing; performs in-depth elicitation, evaluation and verification of system requirements and product functionality.
In this role, the selected candidate will help prioritize, organize, and execute recurring manual testing during software development, manage the e-commerce support process for websites or supporting application issues.
The successful candidate will excel at operating in a diverse and fluid environment, and will be crucial for supervising quality assurance analysis in order to push forward and complete the goals of the IT PMO Team.
In this role, the selected candidate monitors and reports program performance against service level agreements and performance standards, initiating improvement actions when opportunities are identified.
