In this role, the selected candidate will develop, manage and successfully implement public relations plans that support business objectives and marketing strategies and overarching company priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing deep understanding of HTAS business to inform broader global communications plans and messaging for various business initiatives (leadership changes, business development including acquisitions, etc.)
Works cross-functionally with internal disciplines and departments (including Brand, Marketing, Global Communications, Legal, Operations, Development, A&C, F&B, etc.) throughout the organization to enhance, develop and maintain PR programs and strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content to bring the R&D strategy to life (e.g. feature stories for the intranet, case-studies for inclusion in global broadcasts)
Providing recommendations informed by deep understanding of sales & channel marketing strategies for global communications plans and messaging for various business initiatives (leadership changes, business development including acquisitions, etc.).
The candidate will interface with senior leadership and knowledge experts in science, strategic marketing and external affairs and work in a collaborative environment within the global communications team to write compelling content to engage industry, external stakeholders, healthcare professionals and consumers.
Works collaboratively with investments and regional Global Communications Compliance Sr. Managers, providing leadership and expertise to ensure that the presentation materials developed for complex strategies meet local regulatory requirements as it relates to the specific strategy and intended audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing media statement and key messages; serving as company spokesperson to media; liaising with legal, leadership, safety team, and others; providing input on development of internal communications.
