This person will plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality while delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to the organization, it's customers, and end users.
The Project Manager will lead a team of Analysts providing continuous monitoring support, threat analysis, testing and review of security controls, as well as developing new System Security Plans (SSPs) for internal/external applications and organizational common controls based on applicable security control baselines.
Responsible for duties including, but not limited to resolving contractor issues, creating and maintaining all compliance documentation, maintaining the contractor management plan, as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
Define, plan and manage all project management related activities that are part of the Enterprise/Technology Portfolio including coordinating with business/product, software development, operations and quality assurance teams to plan and deliver the required functionality.
The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of company's prime contractor performance which includes program planning, execution, mission customer relationships, on-contract growth, and financials.
Demonstrates a firm understanding of all nine areas of PMBOK project management and has expertise in two areas. Experienced in running project phases. Is able to oversee development of the complete project plan. Is able to establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
