As a Project Manager, the selected individual will support the Program Manager for the SSP Program Management Office in the following areas: decomposition of scope in the contract/statement of work, creation of a work breakdown structure (WBS) and a WBS dictionary, allocation of resources to develop single and multi-year budgets, review of subcontractor agreements, and the creation of ROMs.
Lead, manage, and grow a developing business portfolio, including current and new business. Lead the daytoday operation of the Cyber business unit and significant business winning activity, including engaging with government clients and industry partners to grow the business significantly.
You will provide proposal execution and leadership for the Health Solutions opportunities multiple vehicles such as Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Vehicles, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Subcontract proposals input, and Prime bids.
The candidate will manage the evaluation of search and discovery tools/techniques; capabilities of interest will be prototyped, evaluated by customers, and if assessed to be potentially valuable to customers, transitioned to partnering projects to develop or integrate into production systems.
Lead the team in developing new processes, standards or operational plans in support of program goals. Manage team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core non-technical programs. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.
Responsible for establishing a program management baseline and program level management of overall cost, technical, and schedule performance including INAR, EVMS and IMS, IBR, PDR, CDR. Manage LM Aero and Supplier inputs into proposal and capture efforts.
Act as Treasury department's project lead for payroll, time & labor, oracle financials, cash management, accounts payable, and other finance-related systems for implementations, updates, upgrades, etc.
Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Responsible for the successful execution of the contract to include the recruiting, assessment, selection and hiring of personnel. Ensures all contract tasks and subtasks are accomplished to standard and documents performance.
Initiate and monitor timing of completion of billable project work with internal and external writing, editorial, and creative resources;ensure that all specifications of projects sold are delivered to clients.
Works with the Value Institute Administrative Director to assure that project budgets meet the needs of the program and department. Assist in the creation and management of the department operational budgets.
