In this role, you will serve as the Senior Communicator and Program Manager, responsible for helping provide support to assist J3BP Leadership with the development and implementation of short and long term goals, strategic planning of initiatives, assist with the coordination of these efforts, and operational advice and assistance in the development of vision, goals and objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a Project Manager supporting the integration of systems and processes into the Production Support organization, manage the planning, organization and implementation of project activities.
The Technical Project Manager plans and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
The Implementation Manager must be able to identify potential issues and risks early in an implementation to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. The successful candidate will have an innate ability to simplify technology concepts and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts to deploy successful solutions.
This position is responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
As the Program Manager for a classified customer, you will plan, execute, monitor and control a complex systems engineering project and manage the deployment, operation and maintenance of those systems according to strict deadlines and within varied budget constraints.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders on projects pertaining to product launches, website enhancement and management, social media campaigns, advertising (pay per click, print, radio), printed materials, event participation, speaking engagements, client and media communications, and analysis.
In this role, the selected candidate will support EPMO Competency development (Portfolio Mgmt, Program / Project Mgmt, Process / Resource Mgmt, Vendor Mgmt) in defining, documenting, executing and communicating EPMO and related processes standards, best practices, and tools.
