As Head of Project Management you will be responsible for leading the project management function for Respiratory teams within late phase development. You will integrate efforts with peers across therapeutic areas, systems & process owners and with analysis & reporting leaders to drive a high performing organization.
Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as external contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, organization and implementation of varying sized electrical projects which could range from $5M to $100M. Responsibilities may include cost estimates, project engineering and project management.
Lead the project team and work with the representatives of the business units, data stewards, and business analysts to identify and understand their information needs, key performance indicators, and data analysis requirements; document data and functional requirements to ensure scope and boundaries are captured correctly.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution. Manage full life cycle implementations for assigned projects following team standards and guidelines.
Work with key representatives including project managers, engineers and customers to determine project requirements. Oversee project engineering and design efforts, provide engineering and design expertise for automated machinery projects.
Support the GT PMO organization with continuous improvements around Governance and Metrics reporting & responsible for establishing, refining and enforcing governance processes, policies and reporting related to governance and oversight of the Global Technology portfolio of projects.
