To ensure that the sturdy trial meets its objectives, the research study coordinator is responsible for establishing goals, managing and implementing recruitment strategies, prioritizing work, and operationalizing directives from investigators and the director of research operations.
The Program Planner will coordinate with the PM/DPM on maintaining a centralized focus on stakeholders; will participate in planning and analyzing tasks, and redress the concerns of the government customer and other stakeholders, to include PMO staff; oversee, advise, and report on the collection of TTO data.
In this role, you will support a mission critical enterprise software development project. You will be a dedicated and active member of the team, responsible for scheduling, presentations, and management data analysis.
The PC will support Project Managers with management of Projects or may manage small, simple projects which generally require a small amount of client interaction. Projects will reside within a single business line and reside within a single site, may cross to sister sites for distribution or testing activities.
Candidate will be accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, schedule and quality measures; will execute project plan and help drive project milestones; will effectively communicate with vendors, independent contractors, and internal cross-functional teams; and will be responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports.
Provide day-to-day support for activities including: scheduling conference/meeting times and facilities, coordinating event/meeting schedules and sending invites, and providing on-site meeting support such as notetaking.
Initiatives to address current trends. This individual will coordinate course schedules and faculty assignments, contribute to development and management of the budget, monitor data regarding the program, contribute to preparation of regulatory reports, and participate in grant writing and program development as assigned.
Excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical staff and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of an organization and with customers.
