Responsible for providing senior level support to program managers in the preparation and analysis of complex project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business related task.
Provide Acquisition and Program Management (A&PM) in the area of international programs to a broad spectrum of current and prospective government clients with an emphasis on program offices supporting foreign military sales.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of DoD acquisition projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Manage and administer all security aspects for multiple programs, including implementing physical, program, facility and information security requirements to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, federal security regulations and information security requirements.
The Project Analyst is responsible for maintaining work flow to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on time.This position will work very closely with the Packaging, Branding and Purchasing teams to ensure that work flows efficiently; from the initial brief through project completion.
In this role, you will also have the ability to identify best practices, effect re-engineering, change management, continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, IT- planning and sourcing, develop/recommend IT performance-based metrics, and organizational development.
Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the customers IT organization; ability to work independently with minimal guidance provided by senior leadership.
