Perform Performance Management reviews on direct reports with focus on employee development, Identify key project resources and jointly with the Functional Managers develop succession plans for these people.
The Deputy Project Manager reports to the Program Manager. The Deputy Project Manager is assigned the management of a specific project and the work performed under assigned Task Orders including process management, change management, document management, and contract management.
Manages projects using the Scrum methodology and collaborates with a separate Product Owner and Scrum Master to deliver on the objectives of the Stakeholders, with a focus on team selection, team development, integration with external dependencies, architectural guidance and communications with external Technical teams.

System Administrator is responsible for providing the overall on-site maintenance and support of the system. The System Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns raised by users.
