Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success in a role managing project teams and workstreams within a Project Management Office for large programs in the federal government environment, emphasizing the following specialty areas: earned value management systems, governance, planning and controls, performance measurement and reporting, communications and stakeholder management.
