Lead a project to implement and integrate new international payrolls, document processes, monitor and maintain international compliance, and serve as a key contributor or lead for other special projects.
Act as Treasury department's project lead for payroll, time & labor, oracle financials, cash management, accounts payable, and other finance-related systems for implementations, updates, upgrades, etc.
The HR Project Manager- Global Payroll Tax will report to Executive Director, Business Travel Operations and act as both the Project Leader for US Domestic lane of work as well as the Project Manager (PM) for US Domestic lane of work within the Global Business Travel Tax Program.
Responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of payroll procedures and processes and for the ongoing review of processes and procedures to simplify, streamline, and improve productivity.
Maintains skill set through continuing education and personal self-development, including working knowledge of statues that may impact payroll (such as the Affordable Care Act) and knowledge of best practice / emerging developments in the payroll, human resources, and time-keeping landscape.
