The Application Support Engineers are responsible for the Build Engineering, Operations, Monitoring and Deployment of our Platform Tools offerings. This includes the development of automated deployment solutions.
Assist in the evaluation of industry offerings to identify products and technologies with the potential to support the security design, and troubleshoot and problem solve technical and non-technical issues.
Participate in and support the conduct of deliberate planning for Platform Information Technology (PIT) or control systems in support of USCYBERCOM action officers. Apply advanced telecommunications knowledge of DoD network designs and operations to analyze and define solutions for PIT.
Monitor, and help establish, the performance standards for the manufacturing process and the systems which control them. Maintain process databases and provide timely and routine feedback to those responsible for the performance.
Provide timely and accurate creation and maintenance of standard P/N files and manufacturing routers including process design steps, planned throughput rates, required testing, and elements required for each products final Test Certificate.
This position will be part of the DevOps team within the IT organization. The candidate will be responsible for creating infrastructure designs and guiding the development and implementation of cloud applications, systems and processes.
Support development of business case analyses for GFE breakout candidates and other cost reduction initiatives via engineering trade studies; identify potential candidates for Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) to GFE conversion to reduce material pass-through costs.
