This project operates, manages, and monitors the health and status of Record Message Systems and world-wide customer communications/hardware and software applications, troubleshoots and performs corrective action on LAN/CAN/WAN/Messaging devices, networks.
Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
Server & client administration (planning, architecting, implementing, optimizing, tuning, patching, troubleshooting, etc.) of Windows-based systems; administer and maintain AD, GPO, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP and related services in O365 environment.
Provide hardware and software technical support for loading software and verifying system configurations; preparing mission servers and collection devices; troubleshooting systems; and creating system documentation.
Perform Network/Server utilization/Assessments/Monitoring. Provide monthly utilization and up time reports for all company locations; evaluate and implement opportunities for automation, tools & exception based alerts for the services listed above.
Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with Hospital, Physician, Pharmacy, or Ancillary providers, and ensuring the network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
