The Network Security Enterprise Account Manager is an experienced seasoned sales professional with prove abilities for selling complex network security technology solutions into the mid and large enterprise customer.
The successful candidate will support the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of switches, routers, wireless access points, WAN circuits, VPN endpoints, and various other platforms to support the internal business users of the company.
Responsible for the development of specific marketing plans, communications, and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
As the Channel Account Manager, you will proactively manage the relationships with reseller partners. This includes providing assistance and support in the closure of revenue opportunities over the phone, email, in-person meetings, training and equipping resellers with our products to leverage Forcepoint to the fullest advantage.
The role has a broad set of responsibility that will include carrier management, managing support vendors, defining and achieving service levels and ensuring a high uptime and performance on the Network.
Provides specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements. Conducts testing of network systems.
Drive technical staff to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives by being a role model to impress upon staff to be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, learn and create their own mechanisms for resolving issues and most importantly, communicate effectively with the ability to work in a team environment.
The Network Administrator's role is to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network; this includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software and communications links.
