Oversees hiring, employee relations, and employee development activities, ensuring an effective and productive workforce. Leads continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.
Manages quality assurance resources to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. Provides total quality leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and all internal stakeholders. Leads continuous improvement activities in targeted areas.
Must have the key skills in maintenance, TPM, RCM, mechanical, electrical, PLC's, vendors budgets, CAPA, root cause analysis, best practices, reliability, engineering, SAP, leadership, high speed packaging, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor or wafer fabrication, close working relationship with Product, Process, and Equipment Engineering; can identify and resolve problems using lean or six sigma methodologies and meet production schedules.
The primary focus of this position is to manage all aspects of plant operations. Including but not limited to personnel, productivity, safety compliance, production planning, maintenance, equipment operation and departmental communication.
Manage and coordinate in conjunction with plant leadership, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, of equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of the facility.
Oversee and ensure staff knowledge and safe, efficient operation of tools, materials, methods and practices involved in building maintenance and repair, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting.
Provides project management support with planning and development of project schedules and deliverables, tracking project milestones, managing timelines, preparing status reports and monitoring progress ensuring adherence to deadlines.
