This position is responsible for training Valley Health users on the EpicCare product and includes but is not limited to: curriculum, MST, and training material development; new hire Epic proficiency; training material development for Epic updates; and workflow documentation.
The Instructional Designer/Developer will play a key role in assisting the Senior Learning Specialists in the Instructor Led, virtual Instructor Led and online course development process, ensure quality control and consistency of continuing education documentation for all certified learning activities across functional disciplines such as engineering, construction, human resources, contracts and procurement, project controls.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with content developers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers/developers to integrate formative and summative tests and/or assessments into the course content of learning programs.

coordinate the development of instructional materials that are functional, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles and practices.
In this role, you will work with government organizations to build new training solutions that increase workforce performance through competency identification and the assessment, design, and development of learning programs, curricula, and education delivery.
