Participate in this new Dell Boomi Inside Sales Engineering Residency program with the understanding that they will be asked to continuously learn in parallel with the day to day requirements of being an entry level Sales Engineer.
The Sales Leader is responsible for achieving results by providing frontline leadership, management and coaching to a team of inside sales reps. Responsibilities include motivation, resource management, coaching and training of staff.
Analyzes sales trends, competition, and provider habits to maximize effectiveness of each call, and based on that information, tailors a unique sales approach for each call with the goal of becoming the best representative servicing that office.
The primary purpose of this role is to sell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects professionally, profitably and ethically by executing the companys designed sales process.
Provides a direct contact for external and internal customers in the selling of instrumentation and controls, or specialty products, and works in conjunction with the Supply Management groups to assure customer specifications for equipment are met.
Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status; work closely with the Sales and Sales Support departments to ensure accounts are actively managed and customer leads and inquires are met.
Establishes a rapport and a relationship of trust with a customer set by delivering on commitments, providing honest and accurate information, and demonstrating a basic level of product, application, and market knowledge.
