The incumbent will be responsible for providing full Human Resources support for managers, supervisors, and front-line employees of assigned facilities including employee relations counseling; create, review, update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
In this role you will collaborate with peers to design, develop, and deploy new technology - based learning programs for integrated learning solutions including instructor - led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
This position will administer the employee benefits program to include: process on-line benefit enrollments and make determinations on qualifying events for health plan enrollments, review dependent eligibility, process weekly benefit interface files and payroll deductions.
In this role, you will coordinate and administer all aspects of employee leaves to ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state leave regulations, while providing instruction, guidance and excellent customer service to employees, managers and human resources professionals.
